Due to such a large volume of inventory, we are unable to put all of our products on our site so we ask that you phone your orders in. This will enable us to fill your orders more promptly and ensure the accuracy of your order. We always welcome any request you might have for items that we do not stock. Company Policy

Shipments:
Orders must be placed by 12:00. Orders are shipped the same day unless special items ordered or if phoned in after 1 p.m.

Freight:
The customer pays shipping charges on all items shipped and nonrefundable unless an error on our part.

Must supply us with all shipping and mailing address.
$7.00 Chg. for address correction.

Credit:

• New accounts and accounts that are not paid within terms must be put on Credit Card (Visa, MC Discover) or prepaid.
• Problems with Credit Card will be charged a $5.00 fee.
• Orders must be placed by 12:00.
• Existing accounts must maintain a current account or orders will not be shipped until account is current.
• Chronic lapses in payment will result in C.O.D. cash only shipments.
• A past due service charge of 2% per month will be charged on past due accounts.

Substitutions:

Unless you have specified otherwise we will occasionally substitute any item out of stock with an item as close as possible.

Returns:

No item may be returned unless pre-approved. No shipping will be credited. All returns must be made within 15 days. Thread and fabric may not be returned unless an error on our part. Special order items may not be returned.

Returned checks:

• 1st time returned- $10.00 service charge
• 2nd time returned- $15.00 service charge
• Money orders will be required after insufficient checks come back to us.

Return policy on machines:

Absolutely no refunds on a machine! Nustyle guarantees the machines for 1 year. We will repair them and stand behind our repairs. We do not pay other mechanics to work on machines. You pay the shipping on the machine both ways.
